Membre à part entière du Club de patinage artistique de McGill, Natalie est une athlète, une entraîneuse et une scientifique du sport passionnée. Ayant commencé à patiner à l'âge de 4 ans,Natalie a obtenu une certification Apprendre à patiner, un baccalauréat en kinésiologie à McGill et étudie actuellement à la maîtrise en biomécanique du patinage. En tant qu'apprenante de type kinesthésique,Natalie met l’accent sur l'importance de comprendre comment et pourquoi nous bougeons de certaines façons. Les participants peuvent s'attendre à acquérir une compréhension approfondie de la mécanique du patinage et à recevoir des commentaires personnalisés sur la façon d'améliorer leur technique. A prominent member of the McGill Figure Skating Club, Natalie is a passionate athlete, coach, and sports scientist. Beginning her life as a skater at age four, Natalie has gone on to obtain a Learn to Skate certification, study a Bachelors in Kinesiology at McGill, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Skating Biomechanics. As a kinesthetic learner, Natalie emphasizes the importance of understanding how and why we move in certain ways. Participants can expect to gain a deep understanding of skating mechanics and personalized feedback on how to improve their technique.
