You are in total control of the intensity of your workout and no experience riding a bike is required to take this class. Newcomers should show up early to be set up properly on the bike by the instructor.

A high energy, fast pace 45-minute class that combines martial arts techniques (kicking and punching) with fast-paced cardio movements. The class is a full body workout. It will have routines built into blocks of 3 circuits where movements such as squats, sumo squats, jumps are all combined with the traditional martial arts movements. Join this drill-style high intensity workout open for all. Modified and intermediate movements will be provided. Classes consist of both cardio and muscular conditioning in circuits of 4 followed by a break. Multiple mediums will be utilized throughout the program (dumbbells, bar, Bosu ball, balance trainers, bands, etc.).
