Kendo is the martial art of Japanese fencing. Practised with a flexible bamboo sword called a shinai and protective equipment called bogu, Kendo allows participants to practice full contact sword techniques without the fear of injury. You are in total control of the intensity of your workout and no experience riding a bike is required to take this class. Newcomers should show up early to be set up properly on the bike by the instructor.

We teach skills applicable to singles freestyle and ice dance disciplines. We recommend if you have not skated before or have limited skating experience to sign up for the Learn to Skate classes instead!
