This class infuses the core principles of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga to energize mind and body. The vigorous flow sequence blends balancing asanas, forward bends, backbends, twists, breathing techniques, and relaxation.
Join this drill-style high intensity workout open for all. Modified and intermediate movements will be provided. Classes consist of both cardio and muscular conditioning in circuits of 4 followed by a break. Multiple mediums will be utilized throughout the program (dumbbells, bar, Bosu ball, balance trainers, bands, etc.).

Carried out on specially designed stationary bicycles, the workout improves aerobic and anaerobic performance. Music and psychological stimuli are used to motivate participants through exciting workouts.
Pilates teaches body mechanics, balance, co‑ordination, positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength, and flexibility. Participants exercise on a floor mat in a slow and controlled manner working to develop good posture and body alignment.
Participants gain aerobic fitness, and strength and posture will also improve. For anyone with back or joint pain, water’s forgiving properties make it easier on a body that finds land exercise too painful or strenuous.
In this class we will take the time to settle into our body and our breath. Hatha yoga works on being mindful of the body through basic asanas (yoga postures). Moving the body through a flow of physical postures, we will prepare the body and mind for Savasana—the final resting posture.
An energizing practice linking breath with movement. Flows will consist of breathwork, sun salutations and all geared towards exploring a specific pose. Prepare to be energized and deepen your yoga practice. All levels welcomed!
