You are in total control of the intensity of your workout and no experience riding a bike is required to take this class. Newcomers should show up early to be set up properly on the bike by the instructor.

In this class we will take the time to settle into our body and our breath. Hatha yoga works on being mindful of the body through basic asanas (yoga postures). Moving the body through a flow of physical postures, we will prepare the body and mind for Savasana—the final resting posture.
