Facilities
The Stewart Athletic Complex features a gymnasium, Fitness Centre, locker rooms and Smart Workout Studios. We also have two outdoor fields (Watson and McEwen), outdoor gym, outdoor sand volleyball court and Paddle Mac.

Macdonald Arena closed indefinitely
The Macdonald Arena is located on the north-west side of the Macdonald Campus of McGill University in Sainte Anne de Bellevue (514 398 7790) The arena has facilities for hockey, ringuette, broomball, skating and figure skating. There are changing rooms with showers, as well as vending machines for snacks and for hockey tape and laces.
Stewart Gymnasium
Rental Rates - $75.00 / hour
The Stewart Gym measures 30 x 20 metres and is suitable for basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, ball hockey, badminton and fitness courses. Indoor athletic shoes only. Outdoor footwear must be removed and left in the entrance.
Rec at a Glance
McEwen Field
Rental Rates - $85.00 / hour
The McEwen field is located east of the Centennial Center. This 60 by 100 meter green space is used for Intramural sports, rentals and recreational play. It is equipped with lights for evening usage.
Watson Field
Rental Rates - $70.00 / hour
The Watson field is located east of the Centennial Center and is home to the Macdonald Intercollegiate Woodsmen Competition. This 80 x 60 yard green space is also used for Intramural sports and recreational play. It is equipped with lights for evening usage.
Outdoor Trekfit Gym
Recommended for use in daylight hours, use the signs posted around the perimiter for exercise suggestions. videos and tips. Borrow additional equipment from the Stewart Athletics office with your McGill ID card and bring a kettlebell, suspension trainer, skipping rope or medicine ball with you.
Check the calendar above to see if the gym is being used by a class or group, though there's lots of room for everyone to play.For more ideas, hire a Mac personal trainer who can help you get the most from the gym. Or take an outdoor fitness class in the fall or spring semester and become an expert at outdoor workouts.

Sand Volleyball Court
Rental Rates - $50.00 / hour
This regulation-size sand volleyball court is located east of McEwen field. Beach volleyballs and Spike Ball sets can be borrowed from the Athletics and Rec office located in the Stewart Athletics Complex. Courts are open for recreational use on a drop-in basis when not scheduled for league games (see below for scheduled activities).
