Classes are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Open to McGill students and staff and JAC staff only

Essentrics dynamically combines strengthening and stretching to develop a strong, toned body with the complete ability to move each joint and muscle freely and with a full range of motion. Essentrics  will target what you need, unlock what is tight, strengthen what is weak, and tone what needs shaping. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the class is done barefoot, preferably on a yoga mat.

This class is designed to strengthen the core muscles (abs, hips, glutes, and lower back) and to light up those glutes! Improve your stability and overall performance of everyday movements. For all levels.

This athletic inspired workout will put a little extra sweat in your mid-day routine. A mix of cardio and strength intervals, it’s a challenging workout that builds fitness, strength and puts an extra oomph in your step!

This class focuses on full-body strength and endurance training using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Each participant will move through different stations with a 1-minute on, 30-second off format. All levels are welcome, with options to modify exercises as needed.

A vinyasa-style (flow) class focusing on full-body movements and postures linked together through breath. Standing and sitting sequences are both incorporated to promote overall stability through strength and flexibility. The class is welcome to all levels as there will be variations for every pose.
