Towel service, which includes basket service, is available for an additional fee to all McGill Sports Complex members who wish to use a clean towel provided by the McGill Sports Complex at each visit and store their athletic gear at the Complex.
Towel & basket service can be purchased any time with your fall, winter and/or summer membership at the Client Experience Office (located at the main entrance, to the left of the desk) for $43.49 +taxes (fixed price). Monthly contracts can be sold in Client Services only.
Locks are not included in the fee and must be supplied by the individual renting the basket. Locks are available for purchase at the Client Experience Office.
Used towels must be returned to the Equipment Room (room G-48) in order to receive a clean one.
Premium Locker Service
Premium Locker Service offers McGill SportsComplex members the opportunity to rent a locker for the duration of their membership, based on availability.
Locker rentals include towel service. This service provides members with a clean towel at each visit. Used towels must be returned to the Equipment Room (room G-48) to receive a clean one.
Premium Locker Service is available for $26.09 per month or $217.44 for a twelve-month term. This service can be purchased at any time with your fall, winter and/or summer membership at Client Services (room G-20C). Taxes are extra.
Lockers must be emptied at the end of the contract term, otherwise, locks will be removed. Items that have not been collected within 90 days will be given away to a homeless shelter. Water bottles, mouthguards and other belongings that cannot be donated will be disposed of. A $10.00 administrative fee will be charged upon retrieval of items.
Please note that certain lockers in the changing rooms are fitted with a dual lock system to improve security. If you choose to use these, it is recommended that you place a lock on the traditional lever and an additional lock on the flap fastened to the locker.
