Healthy Spine Yoga

This class is a slow practice focused on proper body alignment to promote a healthy well-being. It is a gentle approach that improves flexibility, strengthens and stretches the spine, while fostering relaxation and stress relief, especially tension in the back area. Suitable for all levels.

Join this drill-style high intensity workout open for all. Modified and intermediate movements will be provided. Classes consist of both cardio and muscular conditioning in circuits of 4 followed by a break. Multiple mediums will be utilized throughout the program (dumbbells, bar, Bosu ball, balance trainers, bands, etc.).
