A small group resistance training course, designed to help educate and empower women to learn proper lifting techniques, dispel common training myths, and to gain confidence in the gym setting. WOW 1 provides a safe space for beginners to learn movements, get timely feedback, ask questions, and connect with other women.
A vinyasa-style (flow) class focusing on full-body movements and postures linked together through breath. Standing and sitting sequences are both incorporated to promote overall stability through strength and flexibility. The class is welcome to all levels as there will be variations for every pose, though some previous yoga experience is recommended.

This class is for more experienced members or those who have previously taken the intro class and are looking to refine their striking, clinch work, and defensive skills. Focused on advanced techniques, combinations, and conditioning, this class will challenge your precision, power, and timing, helping you take your Muay Thai to the next level. Gloves are supplied. Shin guards and wraps are not supplied but highly recommended.
Circuit is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements in a dynamic circuit format.
