A brand-new, conveniently located workout facility for McGill students living in New Residence Hall.

Whether you are looking for strength training or a cardio workout, Le Parc has what you need to stay active and accomplish your workout goals.

Located on the ground level of New Residence Hall, this well-equipped fitness centre is just steps away from your living quarters.

Maximum of one workout block a day/person (reserve up 7 days in advance). A valid McGill student ID with a Le Parc sticker is required for entry. See gym rules and etiquette.

6:30 to 9:15 a.m. and
4:00 to 8:15 p.m.

Weekends

9:00 to 11:45 a.m.
