The Client Experience Office, located at the main entrance of the McGill Sports Complex is open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from May to August). For assistance after hours, see the main desk attendant. Emails and telephone messages will be answered within 24 hours during regular working hours.
