McGill Intramural Hall of Fame 2025

Each year, a select number of intramural participants are chosen to be inducted into the McGill Intramural Hall of Fame. Inaugurated in 2020, it recognizes past and present teams, captains, players and sports officials who have gone above and beyond within the McGill intramural community.

This year’s class is made up of ten inductees: Aidan Schiff-Kearn (captain), Chloe Parsons (sports official and player), Devyn Baron (captain), Laura Fernandez (captain), Nadeem El-Shami (captain), Peter Smith (sports official and builder), Russell Chen (sports official and captain), and teams Brewventus, Huck Huck Goose and We Will Plunder You.

These inductees have been chosen not just for their performance in their sport, but for their leadership, spirit, and commitment to the intramural program.

Offering a robust intramural program, McGill Recreation strives to give thousands of participants the opportunity to engage in physical activity with wide variety of sports for all skill levels. The Hall of Fame honours participants across all categories within the intramural program.

“Throughout my time playing intramurals, I had the chance to meet so many amazing people and form lasting friendships,” says inductee Russell Chen. “Intramurals gave me a reason to set aside an hour to just enjoy sports and connect with my teammates and friends.”

We’re proud to celebrate this year’s Hall of Fame inductees and everything they’ve brought toMcGill Recreation. Congratulations to all!
