Stay active and  strong with our full body bootcamp! This class focuses on improving strength,  balance, and mobility through a combination of cardio and strength training,  all in a fun and supportive environment.

A cycling class  focusing on cardio, interval training, strength and endurance, while pedalling  to the beat of heart-pounding music. You are in total control of the  intensity of your workout and no experience riding a bike is required to take  this class. Newcomers should show up early to be set up properly on the bike  by the instructor.

Flip, roll, and  build confidence in this dynamic tumbling class! Designed for all levels,  you’ll learn fundamental floor skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and  progressions toward more advanced movements—all in a safe and supportive  environment. Great for anyone looking to improve agility, coordination, and  body control.

A high energy, fast paced 45-minute class that combines  martial arts techniques (kicking and punching) with fast-paced cardio  movements. The class is a full body workout. It will have routines built into  blocks of 3 circuits where movements such as squats, sumo squats, jumps are  all combined with the traditional martial arts movements. Enjoy the high  energy music and a routine that is fun and challenging.

All levels are welcome, with  modifications offered to suit your practice.

Designed to build the power, agility, and endurance needed  for mixed martial arts. Through a combination of functional movements,  explosive exercises, and sport-specific drills, you'll enhance your strength,  speed, and overall athleticism. No background in martial arts is needed.

A vinyasa-style  (flow) class focusing on full-body movements and postures linked together  through breath. Standing and sitting sequences are both incorporated to  promote overall stability through strength and flexibility.
