Taking elements from dance, yoga and pilates, barre fitness is a group workout class that focuses on postural alignment and the strengthening of the lower limbs through isometric and eccentric contractions. This fun and challenging class emphasize core engagement, stability and functional flexibility.

This class focuses on the core of indoor cycling: cardio, core strength, and letting music be our guide and motivator! You’ll complete resistance-based intervals, heart rate training, focus on posture and get a full-body workout. The instructor will lead you through each interval while riding along with you, and guide you through flat roads, mountains and some jumps all to the beat of great music!
