Zumba dance is a fun, effective, full-body workout with a blend of Latin and international rhythms. With the fitness-dance choreography, you will also learn a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Hip hop, and Arabic dance moves, all while working out in an energetic group environment. Zumba is exercising and partying at the same time, so, what are you waiting for?

Mind & Body Room

Taking elements from dance, yoga and pilates, barre fitness is a group workout class that focuses on postural alignment and the strengthening of the lower limbs through isometric and eccentric contractions. This fun and challenging class emphasize core engagement, stability and functional flexibility.

Tuesday
7:00 to 7:45 p.m.

Aerobics Room

A cycling class focusing on cardio, interval training, strength and endurance, while pedaling to the beat of heart-pounding music. You are in total control of the intensity of your workout and no experience riding a bike is required to take this class. Newcomers should show up early to be set up properly on the bike by the instructor.

Spin Room

Mat Pilates teaches body mechanics, balance, coordination, positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength, and flexibility. Participants exercise on a floor mat in a slow and controlled manner working to develop good posture and body alignment.

Wednesday
5:00 to 5:45 p.m.

Aerobics Room

In this class we will take the time to settle into our body and our breath. Hatha yoga works on being mindful of the body through basic asanas (yoga postures). Moving the body through a flow of physical postures, we will prepare the body and mind for Savasana—the final resting posture.

Wednesday
6:00 to 6:45 p.m.

Aerobics Room

A vinyasa-style (flow) class focusing on full-body movements and postures linked together through breath. Standing and sitting sequences are both incorporated to promote overall stability through strength and flexibility. The class is welcome to all levels as there will be variations for every pose, though some previous yoga experience is recommended.

5:30 to 6:15 p.m.
