Classes are offered on a first come, first served basis. Spots are limited.

Stay active and  strong with our full body bootcamp! This class focuses on improving strength,  balance, and mobility through a combination of cardio and strength training,  all in a fun and supportive environment.

Find your calm through movement. This all-levels tai chi  class focuses on slow, flowing sequences that improve balance, flexibility,  and mental clarity. Rooted in ancient tradition, tai chi is a gentle yet  powerful way to reduce stress, enhance mobility, and cultivate inner  peace.

Take your workout outside! This high-energy bootcamp combines strength, cardio, and functional training using bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment. All fitness levels are welcome—modifications are provided.

Free Week

Join us for a refreshing outdoor Pilates class on McGill’s main campus! This all-levels session focuses on core strength, posture, and mindful movement in a calm, natural setting. Please bring your own yoga mat and get ready to move, stretch, and connect under the open sky.

Circuit Fusion  is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio,  and functional movements in a dynamic circuit format. Each class features a  variety of exercises designed to challenge different muscle groups, improve  endurance, and boost metabolism. Perfect for all fitness levels, participants  rotate through a series of stations, using a mix of bodyweight exercises,  free weights, and equipment to keep the workout diverse and engaging.

Pilates teaches body mechanics, balance, coordination,  positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength, and flexibility.  Participants exercise on a floor mat in a slow and controlled manner working  to develop good posture and body alignment.
