Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and yoga. You will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. The Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and assist in good posture.

A cycling class focusing on cardio, interval training, strength and endurance, while pedaling to the beat of heart-pounding music. You are in total control of the intensity of your workout and no experience riding a bike is required to take this class. Newcomers should show up early to be set up properly on the bike by the instructor.
In this class we will take the time to settle into our body and our breath. Hatha yoga works on being mindful of the body through basic asanas (yoga postures). Moving the body through a flow of physical postures, we will prepare the body and mind for Savasana—the final resting posture.

Learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai whilst simultaneously working on your strength and endurance. In this class you'll have 1 on 1 time with an experienced competitive Thai fighter to guide you with technique and developing new skills. No previous experience required. Gloves are supplied; however, you must purchase your own wraps. NOTE: This class is 1x/week.
Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai boxing, is a Thai martial art and full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. In this class, you will learn the "Art of eight limbs", as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. This is a no sparring, non-contact class. Pads and heavy bags are used to practice and drill strikes. Gloves are supplied. Shin guards and wraps are not supplied but highly recommended.

Children follow the Olympic Way swimming program which focusses on the development of the skills required for the four competitive strokes being front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly. The descriptions of the levels below outline the skills necessary to register for each of the 8 levels.
