Stress-buster activities give McGill students a chance to stay active and unwind for free from Monday to Friday throughout the exam period.

Booty Bootcamp

Get ready to sculpt, strengthen, and grow your glutes with diverse lower body workouts in a fun, inclusive booty bootcamp!

An energizing practice linking breath with movement. Flows will consist of breath work, sun salutations and all geared towards exploring a specific pose. Prepare to be energized and deepen your yoga practice. All levels welcomed!

A high energy, fast pace 45-minute class that combines martial arts techniques (kicking and punching) with fast-paced cardio movements. The class is a full body workout. It will have routines built into blocks of 3 circuits where movements such as squats, sumo squats, jumps are all combined with the traditional martial arts movements.

Vinyasa Flow is associated with dynamic kind of Yoga. Vinyasa means the connection between yoga poses (asanas) and breath, creating a continuous flow of movement. The practice embraces flexibility and cardiovascular activity that contributes to enhancing immunity, supporting cardiovascular health and uplifting the mood.

A cycling class focusing on cardio, interval training, strength and endurance, while pedaling to the beat of heart-pounding music. You are in total control of the intensity of your workout and no experience riding a bike is required to take this class. Newcomers should show up early to be set up properly on the bike by the instructor.

Pilates teaches body mechanics, balance, coordination, positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength, and flexibility. Participants exercise on a floor mat in a slow and controlled manner working to develop good posture and body alignment.

Dynamic, full-body, Latin-international dance workout. Fitness-dance with Salsa, Merengue, Hip hop, Arabic moves. Exercise and party in energetic group setting. Join the fun!

Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai boxing, is a Thai martial art and full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. In this class, you will learn the "Art of eight limbs", as it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.
