Zumba dance is a fun, effective, full-body workout with a blend of Latin and international rhythms. With the fitness-dance choreography, you will also learn a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Hip hop, and Arabic dance moves, all while working out in an energetic group environment. Zumba is exercising and partying at the same time, so, what are you waiting for?

A cycling class focusing on cardio, interval training, strength and endurance, while pedaling to the beat of heart-pounding music.
