Healthy Spine Yoga
Stressbusters

Offered on April 14 only.

Healthy Spine Yoga is a slow practice focused on proper body alignment to promote a healthy well-being. It is a gentle approach that improves flexibility, strengthens and stretches the spine, while fostering relaxation and stress relief, especially tension in the back area. This form of yoga can be easily adaptable to different needs and abilities.

A fun and energizing way to get moving. No experience needed—just come ready to learn simple, upbeat routines and enjoy some mid-day fun!

Pilates teaches body mechanics, balance, coordination, positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength, and flexibility. Participants exercise on a floor mat in a slow and controlled manner working to develop good posture and body alignment.
