Classes are offered on a first come, first served basis. Spots are limited.
Open to McGill staff only. McGill staff ID required.

This 45-minute high-energy spin class combines the best of cycling and strength training for a full-body workout! You'll power through intervals with heart-pumping HIIT drills, climb hills to build endurance, and incorporate upper body exercises using dumbbells and body weight to tone and sculpt. This class is open to all fitness levels and is designed to push your limits and have fun!

Zumba dance is a fun, effective, full-body workout with a blend of Latin and international rhythms. With the fitness-dance choreography, you will also learn a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Hip hop, and Arabic dance moves, all while working out in an energetic group environment. Zumba is exercising and partying at the same time, so, what are you waiting for?

Pilates teaches body mechanics, balance, coordination, positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength, and flexibility. Participants exercise on a floor mat in a slow and controlled manner working to develop good posture and body alignment.
