Zumba dance is a fun, effective, full-body workout with a blend of Latin and international rhythms. With the fitness-dance choreography, you will also learn a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Hip hop, and Arabic dance moves, all while working out in an energetic group environment. Zumba is exercising and partying at the same time, so, what are you waiting for?

Join this drill-style high intensity workout open for all. Modified and intermediate movements will be provided. Classes consist of both cardio and muscular conditioning in circuits of 4 followed by a break. Multiple mediums will be utilized throughout the program (dumbbells, bar, Bosu ball, balance trainers, bands, etc.).

Aikido is a Martial Art developed in Japan. As a self-defense technique, its elegant and effortless motions can be practised by individuals of all ages to ward off an armed or unarmed attacker. Both beginners and intermediates are invited to register for the class.

Join us for an engaging session where beginner-friendly direction blends with challenges for experienced dancers. Explore various types of jazz techniques as we delve into its dynamic styles, syncopated rhythms, and expressive movements. Classes will consist of a classic jazz warmup, technique, strengthening exercises, and instruction of choreographed combinations.

Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai boxing, is a Thai martial art and full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. In this class, you will learn the "Art of eight limbs", as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. This is a no sparring, non-contact class. Pads and heavy bags are used to practice and drill strikes.

A cycling class focusing on cardio, interval training, strength and endurance, while pedalling to the beat of heart-pounding music. You are in total control of the intensity of your workout and no experience riding a bike is required to take this class. Newcomers should show up early to be set up properly on the bike by the instructor.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Free Week

Originally introduced by the Japanese to Brazil, it has now exploded in popularity, both for its effectiveness and fun. Jiu Jitsu is primarily a grappling art (no striking) and instead focuses on control and submissions, such as chokes and joint locks.
