Sports Clubs Handbook and Forms

The Sport Club Handbook/Operational Guidline (PDF) is designed to provide club leaders, instructors, and members with the proper information to run their respective clubs.Sports Clubs are self-administered with the daily operation being the responsibility of its leadership team. In order to be granted "Club Status" with McGill Athletics & Recreation for the fall term, the Year-End Report (returning clubs) and forms 1 through 4 listed below must be submitted by April 30 of the previous season.

*Athletics and Recreation reserves the right to refuse recognition of any Sport Club requiring extensive funding or resources, involving high risk or liability factors, and/or any Sport Club that does not represent McGill University according to the regulations outlined in the Sports Club Handbook.
